  1. No cancellation is allowed within the stated processing time, once IMEI is submitted. Processing time described is an approximate value, it is not guaranteed since it depends on server loads, network availability, etc. We will do our best to obtain your unlock code as quickly as possible.
  2. If you claim codes/service doesn't work, clear continuous video must be provided so we troubleshoot and assist further. If you are having difficulties please contact us for further instructions on what we need to resolve your problem.NO REFUND can be given for wrong IMEI numbers submitted, please double check it before sending it.
  3. Please make sure your device is locked to this carrier, prior to this purchase. No refunds can be given for phones locked to other carriers.
  4. Blacklisted/barred phones are supported, but they will not to be able to operate within country of purchase.
  5. Please do get the IMEI from the device directly, as it may be different than the one mentioned on the SIM tray or on the box.
  6. If your code is not found a full refund will be provided.
  7. Wrong purchase, wrong IMEI submission or hard locked phones(unless service is for unlocking such phones) will not be refunded.
  8. If your phone is already unlocked or not asking for a code, no refund will be provided. Make sure your phone prompt for a code and is not unlocked prior to purchase.
